    Albany Street, 200 block, grand larceny. On Aug. 8, between 5:51–6:30 p.m., someone came onto a person’s yard and stole a new, unused red-and-black Troy–Bilt lawn mower from under a deck. It is valued at $300.

    Albany Street, 300 block, grand larceny. On Aug. 5, between 3:50–4 p.m., someone entered a backyard and stole an orange 2014 Husqvarna self-propelled lawn mower, valued at $300. The suspect is a man.

    Timberland Drive, unit block, grand larceny. On Aug. 5, between 7:30 a.m. and 9 p.m., someone entered a backyard and stole a red, self-propelled Toro lawn mower. The mower is valued at $300.

    Durham Drive, 300 block, vandalism. On Sept. 3, 10:30 p.m. and Sept. 4, 5 a.m., the victim went outside to walk the dog and noticed that someone had thrown three eggs at a wall of the residence.

    Roanoke Court, unit block, breaking and entering. Between noon on Aug. 18 and 7 a.m. on Aug. 20, someone broke into a residence and stole a red and black Troy-Bilt 2800 psi power washer, valued at $300.
